R.M. Machining is a Customer Service orientated Machining Shop. We are ISO-9001 2000 CERTIFIED. Coming July 2008! R.M. Machining will have completed certification for AS9100. R.M. Machining is a women owned business established in 1983. R.M. Machining implements quality inspection and manufacturing systems to better serve a growing customer base. We offer a quality product, on time, at a competitive price. We are able to handle Proto-type, R&D Work, and Production Runs. We have experience in running radio housings, waveguide shorts, capsules, chassis, finished machined castings, valves and bulkheads. Our processing system is refined to satisfy T.Q.M. (Total Quality Management), J. I. T. (Just In Time), S.P.C. (Statistical Process Control) and we are ISO-9001 2000 CERTIFIED. We use Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machines with SPC Tracking. Along with our quality assurance program, R.M. Machining has implemented state-of-the-art technology by adding a Enshu Horizontal Machining Center equipped with Pallet Changer. R.M. Machining uses industry-standard CAD/CAM systems to create and execute CNC programming for production and inspection operations. We use SolidWorks 2008 and can receive and work on customer design geometry in a wide variety of formats, including solid models. We are capable of generating prints from A size to D size.
